Rob McQuade has held a California real estate license for 23 years and has spent nearly a decade inside property management operations. He currently helps run operations at a mid-size regional property management company in Southern California, overseeing a portfolio of 7,000+ units across 200+ properties. He remains active in day-to-day operations by choice, grounding his consulting and product work in real-world experience.

He lives in San Diego with his partner Patrick (together 16 years) and their two rescue dogs, Manny and Milo.
